That said, due to the nature of our business providing unique, hand-picked and perishable food items, we have the following policies regarding returns and refunds:

・All sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for purchased items.

・Subscriptions can be canceled or modified at any time prior to the next order cutoff/subscription renewal date.

・Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it is final and non-refundable.
