Due the nature of of these items being delicate and having limited shelf life, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. • For subscription orders, you can cancel or modify your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for and receiving future boxes. Please note that once a subscription renewal has been processed, it is non-refundable.
