This Korean-style seaweed is made from flaked nori, seasoned with sesame oil, salt, and other ingredients, then stir-fried to bring out a fragrant, roasted flavor.

It features a rich and savory taste with a Japanese-style soy sauce base, enhanced with umami and a touch of sweetness.
Perfect not only with plain white rice, but also for mixing into Korean-style rice balls called Jumeokbap, made with chopped takuan (pickled radish), or as a topping for namul (seasoned vegetables), stir-fried dishes, bibimbap, and more.
