마시는 방법：
내열 용기에 티백 1개를 넣고 뜨거운 물 또는 찬물 1리터를 부으세요. 뜨거운 물로 우릴 때는 약 10분, 찬물로 우릴 때는 약 1시간이 걸립니다. 서빙하기 전에 티백을 꺼내세요.
더 진한 맛을 원하시는 분들께는 티백을 "끓이는" 것을 추천합니다. 주전자에 뜨거운 물 1.5L를 준비하세요. 약한 불에서 약 3분간 끓입니다. 불을 끄면 서빙할 준비가 됩니다.
