It is caffeine-free and calorie-free.
It can be brewed quickly and conveniently with water, or boiled for a full-bodied brew.
How to drink：
Place 1 teabag in a heat-resistant pot and pour in 1 liter of hot or cold water. The tea is ready in about 10 minutes when brewed with hot water, and about 1 hour when brewed with cold water. Please take out the tea bag before serving.
For those who want a more authentic taste, we recommend "boiling" the tea bags. Prepare 1.5L of hot water in a kettle. Simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes. When the heat is removed, it is ready to serve.
