What is Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen ?
Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen combines the rich, creamy pork bone broth of tonkotsu ramen with the savory depth of soy sauce. The broth is thick and hearty, with the bold flavor of soy sauce enhancing the natural umami of the pork bones. This fusion creates a perfectly balanced, flavorful bowl that is both satisfying and comforting. The robust taste of the tonkotsu broth paired with the familiar, aromatic soy sauce offers a deliciously rich and unique ramen experience.

Directions (one serving):
1. Add the noodles to boiling water and cook for 2.5 to 3 minutes (adjust the time to your preference).
2. Place the included soup in a bowl and dilute it with 250cc of hot water per serving.
3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them well and transfer them to the bowl with the soup. Add your choice of toppings.
