Launched in 1976, “Nissin Donbei” and “Nissin Yakisoba U.F.O.” are long-selling brands that boast the No. 1 sales in the “Japanese-style cup noodles” and “cup yakisoba + abura soba” categories, respectively. To commemorate the 50th anniversary of their launch, this product combines the “rich broth flavor” of ‘Donbei’ with the “rich sauce flavor” of “U.F.O.” under the concept of “It got even better after the attack.”

We’ve paired the uniquely chewy udon noodles of “Donbei” with a “special dashi sauce” blended to be 70% sauce and 30% dashi. The savory aroma of the sauce spreads throughout, while the umami of the bonito dashi lingers on the palate. The familiar “U.F.O.” seasoning adds a touch of flair with the fragrance of green laver and the tang of red ginger.
